Construction of a 3-story building shell, completion of the public areas (stairs, elevator, lobbies, and restrooms), and all site work (sidewalks, paving and landscaping). Building construction consisted of a structural steel frame and brick veneer over metal stud walls with an EPDM roofing system by Carlisle. Wild Building Construction has completed the interior build out for tenants of Millennium Square: Community National Bank, Craine Thompson and Jones, Youth Villages and GSA.
