Interior and exterior renovations of 200 dwelling units, management facilities, and recreational facility. Site work including new distribution systems for gas, sanitary sewer and water, concrete sidewalks, parking lots and landscaping. Dwelling buildings received new shingle roofing and the recreational center received a standing seam metal roof.
